This is the full version of the Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase and Use to the 9th Asian Winter Games Harbin 2025 established by the Harbin Asian Winter Games Organising Committee, the Terms and Conditions on the back of the tickets is a simplified version of these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By requesting, purchasing, possessing, using, or attempting to use a Ticket you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, accepted, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1 Definition

Unless separately defined herein, the definition of each of the terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be as follows:

1.1“AF” refers to ‘Asian Federation’, recognised by the OCA responsible for the governance of a sport on an Asian level, and for ensuring the promotion and development of the sport within Asian.

1.2“China” refers to People’s Republic of China.

1.3“COC” refers to the ‘Chinese Olympic Committee’. recognised by the IOC responsible for the governance of Olympic Movement in China.

1.4“COC jurisdiction” refers to the geographical area under the jurisdiction of the Chinese Olympic Committee recognized by the International Olympic Committee.

1.5“Force Majeure” refers to any cause beyond HAWGOC’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, natural disasters, third party injunction, national defence requirements, public health emergency, and acts or regulations of national or local governments.

1.6“Games” refers to the Games of the 9th Asian Winter Games (Herein after referred as Harbin 2025).

1.7“Guardian” refers to the parent of a minor, or any person in parental authority authorised by laws and regulations.

1.8“HAWGOC” refers to the Organising Committee for the 9th Asian Winter Games HAWGOC.

1.9“Minor” refers to person under the age of 18 within the jurisdiction of COC, and complies with applicable laws and regulations within the jurisdiction of other NOCs in this regard.

1.10“NOC” refers to the ‘National Olympic Committee’ of a country or territory.

1.11“OCA” refers to Olympic Committee of Asia, being the governing body of the Olympic Movement in Asia, which is an international non-governmental not-for-profit organisation registered in Kuwait.

1.12“Session” refers to an event or group of events of the Games (including, without limitation, sport events and opening and closing ceremonies) for which tickets have been issued by HAWGOC.

1.13“Ticket Holder” refers to a Person who is in possession of a valid Ticket obtained via sources officially designated by HAWGOC and, for the avoidance of doubt, includes a Purchaser and/or any other Person who purchases, holds or uses a Ticket.

1.14“Ticket Purchaser” refers to the Person who has ordered and paid HAWGOC for one or more Tickets and will be registered in HAWGOC’s records as the original purchaser of Tickets.

1.15“Tickets” refers to the license issued for the Games by HAWGOC that entitles the holder to be admitted to a Session. The licence can be in electronic form or be a conventional printed ticket of admission.

1.16“Venue” refers to any location under the control of HAWGOC, in which the competitions or ceremonies of the Harbin 2025 are held, including any adjacent area or perimeter under the control of HAWGOC.

2 Applicable Terms and Conditions

2.1All Tickets in all sales phases and refund process are sold and issued subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2These Terms and Conditions applies to the whole process of ingress, egress and competition viewing for all the venues and sessions in Harbin 2025.

2.3HAWGOC reserves the right to terminate the licence granted by a Ticket purchased or obtained from or through sources other than the Designated Ticket Sources.

2.4When purchasing tickets, the Ticket Purchasers agree that they will make any associated Ticket Holders aware of all the relevant rules and regulations regarding the Ticket Holder’s use of a Ticket to attend a Session at a Venue. Specifically, the Ticket Purchasers agree that they will bring the Spectator Policy attached to these Terms and Conditions to the attention of any Ticket Holder who intend to use tickets acquired by the Ticket Purchaser.

2.5The prices of Tickets shall be fixed by HAWGOC. The criteria for purchase, refund or seat allocation shall be defined by HAWGOC.

3 Tickets Purchase

3.1A Person who wishes to purchase tickets shall be required to provide real Personal Information, including without limitation, name, type of ID and ID number of the Ticket Purchaser. The Personal Information of intended Holders for all Tickets shall be required before orders submitted, including without limitation, name, type of ID and ID number of the intended Ticket Holder. If the Purchaser fails to accurately provide any required Personal Information of the Ticket Holder for a Ticket, the Ticket may be invalidated and the Ticket Holder may be denied entry to the Venue.

3.2Designated Ticket Sources are all sources and organisations officially designated by HAWGOC to sell or otherwise distribute Tickets. Designated Ticket Sources includes the HAWGOC Ticketing Website (https://tickets.harbin2025.com), HAWGOC Ticketing Wechat Mini Program (亚冬会票务), On-Site Ticket Box Offices. Ticket Box Offices will be open 2 days before the competition, where all remaining tickets in the inventory will be available to purchasers in parallel with the online sources.

3.3As a resident within the territory of Chinese Olympic Committee, a Person who wishes to purchase Tickets online is required to create an account by registering on the HAWGOC Ticketing Website, or Ticketing Wechat mini program and will then be required to access the website to select the Sessions, quantity and types of tickets to be requested. A Ticket Purchaser must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of purchase. If a minor wishes to purchase Tickets, he/she must obtain the consent of his/her legal representative, such as a guardian or person in parental authority.

3.4Ticket sales for the Harbin 2025 are divided into two stages, ‘Online Sales’ and ‘TBO Sales’. Both stages are based on First Come, First Serve principle. HAWGOC reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion, the timeline and the session list of the ticket sales in several batches, according to the implementation of the venue construction and development of the competition schedule.

3.5Purchase Limitations are set to give a broader number of spectators a greater chance of ticket purchase. Up to 3 tickets can be purchased for each of the competition sessions by one single Ticket Purchaser, the total number of tickets purchased in all sales stages for any given Ticket Purchaser cannot exceed 6. (The quantity of Tickets purchased in both ‘Online Sales’ and ‘TBO Sales’ will be calculated in combine.) Any registered user can only have and use one unique account on the Ticketing Website and Ticketing Wechat mini program, multiple registration is not allowed.

3.6HAWGOC may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel Ticket Orders or invalidate individual Tickets

3.6.1for purchases made in breach of these Terms and Conditions or other purchase rules and applicable laws or,

3.6.2for purchases made by anyone whom they believe plans to distribute or offer a Ticket for resale other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or,

3.6.3for purchases reasonably believed made by using Ticket-buying plug-in.

3.7The face value price of each Ticket shall be established by HAWGOC. All Ticket prices are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY). All Ticket will be sold at the full face value price.

3.8By purchasing or requesting to purchase a Ticket, full and timely payment for all tickets and the delivery fee (if applicable) are of essence and material obligations of the Ticket Purchaser. The ticket payment in one order cannot be split or partially paid. If payment is overdue or not made as required, it will be deemed that the Purchaser has automatically waived all tickets ordered in the order, which will result in failure for purchase any tickets in the order. If a Purchaser orders tickets through multiple orders, the payment failure of any of the orders will not affect the payment of the remaining provisions. If payment cannot be collected by the due date in accordance with the payment rules, HAWGOC reserves the right to refuse the associated Ticket order, in that case, neither the ticket purchaser nor HAWGOC shall be liable to the other party.

3.9Ticket purchaser may apply for Fapiao of the associated order through Ticketing Website or Ticketing Wechat mini program. Fapiao application will be accepted from Mar. 1, 2025 to Mar. 31, 2025, HAWGOC will send Fapiao to the ticket purchaser’s E-mail before May. 31, 2025.

3.10HAWGOC reserves the right to reassign a Ticket Holder to an alternative seat or space at its sole discretion for any Venue or Session with no reimbursement or compensation. Tickets can be reallocated in a lower price category, in which case necessary reimbursement will be conducted. Also, multiple Tickets sitting ‘together’ might be changed, due to security or operational situation of the Games, to Tickets sitting ‘not together’ with no reimbursement. If Tickets are reallocated in a lower price category, a necessary reimbursement will be conducted.

3.11Tickets are available to the General Public who are not residents within the territory of Chinese Olympic Committee on Ticketing Website.

4 Delivery of the Tickets

4.1HAWGOC offers Ticket Purchasers the option to receive Tickets in either a digital or a paper format.

4.2HAWGOC offers delivery service to Ticket Purchasers who opt for paper Ticket. Delivery service will be provided and on charge of a third-party supplier. For Ticket Purchasers who opt for home delivery of paper Tickets, accurate delivery address and information of the recipient shall be provided, those Tickets will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Ticket Purchaser.

4.3For Ticket Purchasers who opt for Ticket in digital format, E-ticket will be distributed through Ticketing Website, Ticketing wechat mini program, mobile phone or E-mail to ticket holder in consent of the ticket purchasers. Purchasers who opt for digital Ticket may redeem their digital tickets in paper format at the venue Ticket Box Offices during the Games-time, and the digital tickets shall be invalidated on the redemption of the paper ticket.

5 Resale and Transfer

5.1Resale and Transfer are NOT applicable for the Tickets of Harbin 2025.

6 Refund

6.1Ticket Purchasers may apply for refund when a Session is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled.

6.1.1If a Session is delayed and the rescheduled start time of the session falls within the original competition timeslot, the Ticket Holder may retain his or her original Ticket for admission to the rescheduled Session, and the Ticket purchaser with Tickets for the delayed Session shall not be eligible for a refund.

6.1.2If a Session is postponed and the rescheduled session starts later than the original competition end time, the Ticket Holder may retain his or her original Ticket for admission to the rescheduled Session, or the Purchaser may apply for a refund.

6.1.3If a Session is postponed and rescheduled as part of an existing session, the Purchaser may apply for a refund, and the Ticket Holder may NOT attend the rescheduled Session.

6.1.4If a Session is interrupted and rescheduled, and the rescheduled start time falls within the original competition timeslot, the Ticket Holder may attend the rescheduled Session with the original ticket, and the Ticket purchaser shall NOT be eligible for a refund.

6.1.5If a Session is interrupted and rescheduled as a new Session, and the rescheduled session starts later than the original competition end time, the Ticket Holder may attend the rescheduled Session with the original ticket, or the Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund.

6.1.6If a Session is interrupted and rescheduled as part of an existing session, the Purchaser may apply for a refund, and the Ticket Holder may NOT attend the rescheduled Session.

6.1.7If a Session is interrupted and the HAWGOC determines that the competition has been substantially completed, the Ticket Purchaser may NOT apply for a refund.

6.1.8If a Session is rescheduled forward as a new Session, the Ticket Holder may attend the rescheduled Session with the original ticket, or the Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund.

6.1.9If a Session is rescheduled forward as part of an existing session, the Purchaser may apply for a refund, and the Ticket Holder may NOT attend the rescheduled Session.

6.1.10If a Session is cancelled by HAWGOC, the Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund.

6.1.11If a Session is interrupted and officially announced to be cancelled by HAWGOC, the Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund.

6.2Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund for Ticket Holder’s own personal reason when it complies with the following Conditions,

6.2.1If the Ticket Holder dies before the Session starts, the Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund.

6.2.2Only digital Tickets are applicable for refund for ticket holder’s personal reason. Paper Tickets and digital tickets that have been redeemed in paper format, or tickets obtained from or through sources other than the Designated Ticket Sources are NOT applicable for refund.

6.2.3Refund applied 24 Hours before the competition starts.

6.2.4Only ONE refund application (without limitation of tickets) shall be accepted for each Ticket Purchaser through the games.

6.3Tickets are Refundable for other reasons as follows,

6.3.1Overselling or abnormal sales caused by ticket system malfunctions are applicable for refund.

6.3.2Due to security or operational situation of the Games or where necessary to alter the venue capacity at HAWGOC’s discretion, the associated tickets are applicable for refund. Except for the conditions as stipulated above, tickets for the Harbin 2025 are not refundable. Any void Tickets purchased or obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions and be denied for the entry to a Session will NOT be applicable for a refund.

6.4Refund process

6.4.1If a Ticket Purchaser is entitled to a refund, the Purchaser shall submit a refund application on the Ticketing Website by the deadline set out by HWAGOC. The category and number of Tickets subject to the refund must be identified in the refund application. Purchasers who purchase paper ticket at Venue Box Offices in Cash may submit the refund application in paper format at the Venue Box Offices.

6.4.2Refunds will be made to the Ticket Purchaser, not to the Ticket Holder, for the face value in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Refunds will only be made onto the Ticket Purchaser’s payment card or to the bank account specified at the Application Form. The refund for Tickets purchased by the Ticket Purchasers outside the jurisdiction of the Chinese Olympic Committee will be refunded at the face value based on the exchange rate on the day of refund. There will be no refund of any applicable delivery fee or any other incurred fees in relation to the Tickets Refund.

6.4.3Refund Applications will be batch processed by HAWGOC after the end of the Games. All Refund applications must be submitted before Feb. 28, 2025. HAWGOC shall process all refunds in a prompt manner and all refunds are estimated to be completed by May. 31, 2025. The applicants acknowledge that the completion of the refund process depends on the chosen payment method.

6.4.4If the Ticket Holder dies before the relevant Session starts, the Ticket Purchaser are solely responsible for completing all the procedures described at the HAWGOC Ticketing Website, including providing necessary documents. If the Ticket Purchaser dies, his/her friends or family may apply for the refund.

7 Tickets

7.1A Ticket grants a revocable license for a Ticket Holder to enter a Venue to attend a Session. A valid Ticket must be produced to gain admission to a Session or a Venue. HAWGOC may revoke this licence at any time if Purchaser or Ticket Holder is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

7.2A Ticket Holder may enter a Venue to attend a Session and to occupy a space or seat at the Session. This may be a specific, reserved seat or space, or may be for general admission to designated spectator areas of the Venue.

7.3The Ticket Holder has responsibility for all Tickets in their possession and is solely responsible for safeguarding all Tickets. Neither the Ticket Holder nor the Ticket Purchaser shall be entitled to any compensation for any loss, theft, damage or defacement of the paper Tickets being delivered and received. It may not be possible to issue duplicate Tickets. A Ticket Holder may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue for removing any part of, altering, or defacing a Ticket, in that case, Ticket Purchaser or Ticketing Holder may seek assistance to the ticketing staff at the Venue Box Offices.

7.4In principle, if a Ticket Holder leaves a Venue for any reason other than an emergency evacuation, the Ticket Holder may not be able to use the same Ticket to re-enter the Venue. In exceptional cases, re-entry may be permitted and a Ticket Holder who leaves a Venue may be allowed to use the same Ticket to re-enter the Venue. The Ticket Holder may be requested to provide their ticket to be scanned when leaving the Venue and submit to specific entry procedures when re-entering.

7.5A Ticket Holder must retain their Ticket at all times while attending the Session and the Ticket must be produced for inspection upon request by any authorised person, including any official, steward, police officer, volunteer, or employee of the Venue or HAWGOC. Failure to do so may result in the Ticket Holder being required to leave a Venue. In such a case, neither the Purchaser nor Ticket Holder are entitled to a refund or any other compensation. A Ticket Holder may be required to show their Ticket upon exiting the Venue perimeter.

7.6In cases where the Ticket Purchaser opts to receive Tickets in a mobile or other digital format, the Ticket Purchasers agree that they will not distribute or allow to be distributed duplicate copies of such Tickets, and any such duplicate copies will not be valid for entry to a Venue. The Ticket Purchaser further acknowledges that any such attempt to distribute duplicate copies of mobile or other digital tickets shall be considered a fundamental breach of these Terms and Conditions, and may result in all purchased Tickets being considered void and not valid for entry to a Venue. In such a case, the Ticket Purchaser shall not be entitled to any reimbursement for the cancelled Tickets.

7.7Ticket Holders should allow sufficient time before the Session to travel to and access the Venue, considering travel time and time required for queuing and security screening prior to entering the Venue. A Ticket Holder arriving after the commencement of a Session may be required to wait for an appropriate break in competition before being granted access to his or her seat, and neither the Ticket Holder nor the Ticket Purchaser shall be entitled to a refund in the case of late arrival to the Venue.

7.8Ticket Holders who opt for digital format tickets are responsible for the good condition of the electronic devices which they use to produce the Tickets.

7.9HAWGOC reserves the right to deny Entry of any Ticket Holder attempting to use a Ticket reasonably believed to have been obtained from sources other than designated ticket sources.

7.10HAWGOC may conduct security searches to ensure safety at a Session. A Ticket Holder who rejects a security search or refuses to comply with rules and security notices published by HAWGOC will be required immediately to leave the Venue, without refund or compensation to the Ticket Holder or Ticket Purchaser.

7.11Children under the age of 2 by the competition day will be allowed to enter in the venue without a ticket, but must remain on their guardian’s lap and not occupy a seat or space. An adult is allowed to bring only one child under the age of 2 into the venue.

7.12Minors over 2 years old by the competition day shall be required to produce a ticket for venue entry with accompany by an adult Ticket Holder. A Ticket Holder is solely responsible for the safety of any accompanying children. An adult is allowed to accompany multiple minors over the age of 2 into the venue.

8 Spectator Policy

8.1HAWGOC reserves the right to refuse the admission or remove the Ticket Holders who commit prohibited acts as follows, without being entitled to any refund or compensation.

8.1.1Not Sitting in the designated seat or space in a reserved seating Session.

8.1.2Smoking (including e-cigarettes) or using lighters in areas other than designated smoking areas.

8.1.3Climbing guardrails; stepping on seats; throwing items into the Field of Play or spectator areas.

8.1.4Entering the seating bowl area of a competition Venue with baby carriages/prams/strollers or wheelchairs.

8.1.5Entering the VIP lounge, Accredited Area, Field of Play, or other restricted areas without permission.

8.1.6Preventing the enjoyment of the Session by other spectators, e.g. holding an opened umbrella or blocking the view of other spectators.

8.1.7Displaying or distribution of advertising materials or products with the intention of gaining exposure for any brand in or within the vicinity of venues at which the Games are taking place.

8.1.8Conducting acts that impedes the movement of competing athletes, technical officials, referees or other workforce, interferes in any way with the orderly management of the competition or venue operation, including without limitation, using a photoflash during the competition, or entering the venue while under the influence of alcohol, any acts that hinder the workforce from performing their duties, etc.

8.1.9Any form of post, display, propaganda or fundraising for including, but not limited to, political, religious, racial, human rights, military, countries/territories, commercial or environment protect purposes. Display or distribution of advertising materials or products with the intention of gaining exposure for any brand. Any unauthorised TV broadcast or using photographic equipment which venue staff reasonably believe to be for professional use.

8.1.10Attacking on Referee, Athlete or other workforces. Any form of betting, gambling, any act of demonstration or protest, streaking, or any acts interfering in any way with the orderly management of the competition or venue operation or prohibited or restricted by Chinese laws.

8.2All spectators, including Ticket Holders, are prohibited from transporting into a Venue any of the items listed below. Any spectator or Ticket Holder who is found to be in possession of any of the prohibited and restricted items below may be denied entry or removed from a Venue, without being entitled to any refund or compensation.

8.2.1All soft or hard packaged beverages, including alcoholic drinks; easily throwable food (such as a large quantity of fruits or eggs, etc.) which exceeds the amount needed for personal user or consumption.

8.2.2Fragile products and containers, such as glass bottles/cups, vacuum cups, ice boxes, etc. Musical instruments and other noise-making devices, including (but not limited to) whistles, horns, drums, etc.

8.2.3Bags and suitcases, handbags, etc. that are too large in volume to be brought into the seating area.

8.2.4Flags of countries or territories not participating in the HAWGOC Games; the flags larger than 2m x 1m; flagpoles over 1m in length, banners, slogans, and other propaganda items for including, but not limited to, political, religious, racial, commercial or other purposes in breach of OCA Charter of any applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China .

8.2.5Balls, rackets, Frisbees, and similar items.

8.2.6Any unauthorised photographic equipment which venue staff reasonably believe to be for professional use (excluding small handheld photography and videography equipment for household use) and brackets for cameras and camcorders, including but not limited to monopods and tripods; Professional photography and videography equipment refers to devices with interchangeable lenses, including but not limited to mirrorless cameras, DSLR cameras, and any lens.

8.2.7Bats, long sticks, long-handle or pointed umbrella, sharp objects and other items that could cause injury, including without limitation to long handled umbrellas, pointed umbrellas, etc. (except for crutches, prosthetics, blind canes used by people with a mobility impairment).

8.2.8Animals (except service animals such as guide dogs).

8.2.9Any means of transport or conveyance other than baby carriages/prams strollers and wheelchairs, including (but not limited to) electric bicycles, motorized and non-motorized scooters, bicycles, self-balancing scooters and hoverboards, skateboards, etc.

8.2.10Any unauthorised items that may interfere with electronic signals and communications, including (but not limited to) radios, laser pointer devices, amplification devices, walkie-talkies, and radio equipment.

8.2.11Wireless radio stations and wireless transmission equipment (excluding embedded wireless network cards for public mobile communication terminals such as mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets, car remote keys, and cameras, biomedical telemetry and medical implants and related supporting equipment that meet the technical requirements of low-power short-range wireless transmission equipment for personal use, smart watches, smart bracelets, Bluetooth earphones, and other wearable smart devices) that have not been labelled as wireless transmission equipment;

8.2.12Small aircraft such as drones and remote controls, various models of aircraft and remote control devices, airborne objects such as kites and Kongming lanterns;

8.2.13Firearms (either real or replica) of any kind or any type of ammunition; Weapons or items which could be used as weapons, including crossbows, catapult, arrows, knives, scissors, axes, or other sharp objects; Fireworks, firecrackers, gasoline, alcohol and other flammable or explosive substances, materials, or items; Toxic, corrosive, and other hazardous chemicals or radioactive materials.

8.2.14Hazardous biological agents, infectious disease pathogens and other dangerous objects;

8.2.15Various types of drugs such as heroin, cocaine, marijuana, ice (methamphetamine hydrochloride), etc;

8.2.16Other objects that may affect safety and in breach of the OCA charter, laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, or theses Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to lighters, matches and other ignition tools, injectors.

9 Filming, Photography, and Recording

9.1Ticket Holders agree to being photographed, filmed, identified and/or otherwise recorded by HAWGOC, OCA, or third parties authorised by them, who, without payment or compensation, have the right to use any such photographs, films or recordings during and after the Games, for the maximum duration permitted under the applicable laws, in any content format and through any media or technology whether now existing or created in the future and whether such use is commercial or non-commercial. Ticket Holders are granted with a limited and revocable license to use the still and moving images and sounds taken or recorded within Venues provided that such use is personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional.

9.2Ticket Holders are prohibited from using any electronic or communication device for the purpose of continually collecting, disseminating, transmitting or publishing any scores, statistics or other event data or information from events taking place within the Venues for any commercial purpose.

10 Personal Data

10.1The Personal Data that Ticket Purchasers provide to HAWGOC will, subject to applicable laws, be used, processed and stored by HAWGOC, including, without limitation, sending ticket purchasers/holders session information related tickets, notifying them of the progress of the ticket purchase and refund process, and cooperating with relevant departments to investigate illegal ticket scalping within the scope permitted by law. In accordance with the Terms on Personal Information Protection, the personal data provided by ticket purchasers may be shared by HAWGOC with the OCA.

11 Void Tickets

11.1Any Ticket reasonably believed to have been obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be invalidated and considered void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Ticket shall be nullified. In such a case, the Ticket shall not grant access to a Session in a Venue, and neither the Ticket Purchaser nor Ticket Holder will not be eligible for a refund or any other compensation.

11.2Any person attempting to enter a session with a void ticket or ticket reasonably believed to be obtained from non-designated ticket sources may be denied entry or removed from venue and/or subject to prosecution by relevant legal authorities.

11.3HAWGOC reserves the right to invalidate the tickets purchased or obtained from non-designated Ticket Sources.

11.4Any person violates any restrictions stipulated in the Section of Prohibited Acts and Items as per these Terms and Conditions.

12 Liability

12.1All Ticket Holders should strictly abide by the Spectator Policy as attached to these Terms and Conditions. A Ticket Holder is solely responsible for his or her own safety, for the safety of any accompanying children and for the safety of their own personal property.

12.2Neither HAWGOC, any other Designated Ticket Source, nor any member of the Games Body shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or defacement of the Tickets, and HAWGOC will not reissue the Tickets in any such case.

12.3Tickets must only be purchased or acquired from a Designated Ticket Source, e.g. the Ticketing website, Ticketing Wechat mini program or Venue Ticket Box Office. Any person attempting to use a Ticket purchased or obtained from non-designated ticket sources may be refused admission to venue, and HAWGOC will not be held liable for.

12.4A Session may not be viewed with counterfeit, alterd or voided Tickets, and HAWGOC will not be liable in any way for the acquisition of counterfeit or voided Tickets.

12.5Arrangements for items or services such as travel, accommodation, and food and beverage, which are made by the Ticket Holder in relation to their attendance at a Session, shall be made at the Ticket Holder’s sole responsibility, HAWGOC will not be in any way liable for such items or services in case of any change occurred to the schedule of the session and/or to the draw of the competing athlete/team.

12.6Unless attributable thereto, none of HAWGOC, any other Designated Ticket Source, any Venue owner, manager, any other HAWGOC contractor or any member of the Games Body involved in the operation of the Games will in any way be liable for any damage that arises when a Ticket Holder participates in a Session, including, without limitation, any of the damage set forth below:

12.6.1Damage or injury incident to the normal execution of the Session, such as the intrusion of a ball, puck, or other sports equipment into the stands during the Session;

12.6.2Damage or injury due to an act engaged in by a Person in contravention of the Terms and Conditions; and

12.6.3Damage or injury due to Force Majeure.

12.7HAWGOC will not be liable in any way for any interference of viewing of the competition caused by other spectators. Neither Ticket Purchasers nor Ticket Holder will be entitled to a refund or compensation.

12.8HAWGOC may not be held liable if a Ticket Purchaser fails to receive Tickets or the purchased Tickets become invalid due to the incorrect or fraudulent information entered by the Ticket Purchaser when submitting an Order or completing a purchase, e.g. name, ID, e-mail, mobile phone or address, or the delivery is rejected by the recipient. In such a case, the Ticket Purchaser is not entitled to a refund or any other compensation from HAWGOC.

12.9HAWGOC will not be held liable in any way for the malfunction of the smart devices used by Ticket Holders to produce the digital tickets, Neither Ticket Purchasers nor Ticket Holder will be entitled to a refund or compensation.

13 General

13.1These Terms and Conditions may be amended with prior announcement by HAWGOC. If any of the Terms and Conditions becomes invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.2These terms and conditions have been drafted in Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy between the contents of these terms and conditions drafted in Chinese and the English translation hereof provided by HAWGOC, or a translation hereof into another languages, the provisions of the Chinese version shall prevail.

13.3The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of China. All disputes in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
