Ticket Purchase Guidelines

1. Real-name Ticket Purchase

All tickets are subject to real-name purchase. Ticket buyers must provide genuine identity information (name, type of identification document, and number). Before purchasing, the ticket holder's information must be bound; unbound tickets cannot be used for entry.

2. Ticket Quantity Limitation

For sports events, the purchase of tickets is limited to 3 per match for each individual, and the total number of tickets that a single member of the public can buy does not exceed 6.

The total number of tickets purchased online and at the venue ticket booths, as well as the number of tickets purchased per event, will be combined for statistical purposes.

3. Ticket Transfer and Resale

Tickets for the Asian Winter Games are not transferable or resaleable.

4. Ticket Type Selection

You can choose between electronic tickets and paper tickets. Electronic tickets will be issued through the official platform; please keep them safe.

5. Refund Service

In specific cases (such as event cancellation or postponement), refunds can be requested through the official platform.

Ticket refunds for sports events can be requested up to 24 hours before the start of the match. Each ticket purchaser is entitled to one refund request, with no limit on the number of tickets being refunded.

6. Event Attendance Guidelines

Please comply with the relevant regulations of the "Ticket Purchase and Usage Instructions for the 9th Asian Winter Games 2025".

7. Personal Information Protection

The Asian Winter Games Organizing Committee (AWGOC) will collect, process, store, and use the personal information of ticket buyers and holders within the scope permitted by relevant policies on personal information protection. This includes, but is not limited to, sending session information related to the tickets purchased for the Asian Winter Games to the ticket buyers and holders, notifying them of the progress of their ticket purchase and refund processes, and cooperating with relevant authorities in investigating illegal ticket scalping within the bounds of the law. Within the legal framework, the AWGOC may share the personal information provided by ticket buyers for use, processing, and storage by the AWGOC with the Olympic Council of Asia.
